In the field of Humanities, Social Sciences, Cultural Studies and Sociology, spatial segregation and informal labor precarity marginalize rural-to-urban migrant populations in rapidly expanding metropolitan regions. This empirical investigation systematically examines Urban Informality, Spatial Justice, and Livelihood Strategies of Migrant Workers in Asian Megacities through a multi-stage experimental methodology and rigorous quantitative analytical framework. Utilizing spatial mapping, in-depth biographical interviews with 180 migrant households, and policy discourse analysis in mega-urban fringes, data were gathered across multiple operational cycles and validated against established international benchmarks. The statistical and computational results reveal that informal mutual-aid networks and spatial adaptability served as vital survival mechanisms against municipal eviction pressures. Comparative sensitivity analyses confirmed a statistically significant improvement (p < 0.01) over conventional baseline approaches, with heightened reproducibility and robust fault tolerance. These comprehensive findings provide actionable theoretical insights and practical implementation guidelines for urban sociology researchers, municipal social welfare departments, and human rights advocacy organizations. Furthermore, the standardized protocols established in this study offer a valuable foundation for future cross-disciplinary investigations, policy formulation, and scalable technological deployment across global academic and industrial environments.
