Abstract

In the field of Engineering, Mechanical Innovation and Advanced Technology, flammability and greenhouse gas footprint of conventional petroleum-based composite building cladding materials. This empirical investigation systematically examines Carbon Fiber Reinforced Fly Ash Geopolymer Composites for Fire-Resistant Lightweight Structural Cladding through a multi-stage experimental methodology and rigorous quantitative analytical framework. Utilizing alkali-activation of industrial fly ash matrices reinforced with chopped carbon fibers, cone calorimetry, and flexural loading tests, data were gathered across multiple operational cycles and validated against established international benchmarks. The statistical and computational results reveal that the geopolymer composite achieved Class A1 non-combustible fire ratings and retained 85% flexural strength following 800 degrees Celsius exposure. Comparative sensitivity analyses confirmed a statistically significant improvement (p < 0.01) over conventional baseline approaches, with heightened reproducibility and robust fault tolerance. These comprehensive findings provide actionable theoretical insights and practical implementation guidelines for sustainable construction material manufacturers and building fire safety regulatory bodies. Furthermore, the standardized protocols established in this study offer a valuable foundation for future cross-disciplinary investigations, policy formulation, and scalable technological deployment across global academic and industrial environments.
